The highly competitive statewide award underscores the life-saving response that Daily Planet, Homeward and Richmond Urban Ministry Institute led in combating COVID-19 among the Richmond region’s most vulnerable neighbors, notably individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as a part of the work of the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care.
