Patient Portal

The patient portal, healow, helps you communicate with your provider by providing access to your medical information online.

The portal allows you to access:

• Appointments – request & keep track of appointments
• Lab Results – receive and view latest lab results
• Medication – request prescription refills
• Medical Records – view your personal health records
• Messages – send non-urgent messages to clinical staff
• TeleVisits – see your provider virtually by computer or phone.

Patient Portal App

To download the patient portal app, search for “healow” in the app store. Available on Apple and Android.

After you download the app, the agency code to find our clinic on the app is BJDDAA.
