Behavioral Health Exclusionary Practices

DPHS Behavioral Health team does not provide the following:

1. Court-ordered mental health or psychological assessment ONLY—we will provide court-ordered treatment
2. Competency screenings
3. Disability assessments
4. Anger management
5. Sex offender treatment
6. Treatment of any kind to family members or domestic partners of DPHS staff

 

DPHS Behavioral Health team does not treat the following conditions:

1. Eating disorders of any kind (Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia nervosa, Binge-eating disorder)
2. Intellectual disabilities beyond mild intellectual disability
3. Sleep disorders
4. Sexual dysfunctions of any kind
5. Paraphilic disorders of any kind
