COVID-19 Assessment and Testing
Assessment, testing, N95 masks, and prescriptions for treatment of COVID-19 are available to anyone who meets our patient criteria.
If you are having symptoms, we recommend you take a rapid home test instead of coming in for testing. Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order free at-home tests from the government. If you do not have a home test kit, we have a limited supply to give away.
If your home test is positive, please call 804-783-2505 option 2, to arrange a televisit. If your home test is negative, follow the VDH Isolation and Quarantine guidelines.
If your home test is negative and you need a PCR test, come in to be seen. Same day appointments for COVID-19 testing are available on a first-come, first- served basis Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:00pm at 511 West Grace Street Richmond, VA 23220.
To save time, if you are a new patient, complete the registration paperwork and bring it with you.

COVID-19 Vaccines
COVID-19 vaccines are available to anyone over 16 years old who meets our patient criteria. Please call 804-783-2505 option 2 to schedule a vaccine appointment.
Safety Guidelines
As a healthcare facility, masks are required for anyone over the age of 2 visiting our facilities.
Patients will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 upon arrival to our facilities. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please call 804-783-2505 to change your scheduled onsite visit to a televisit.

Evaluación y prueba de COVID-19
La evaluación, las pruebas, las máscaras N95, y las recetas para el tratamiento de COVID-19 están disponibles para cualquier persona que cumpla con nuestros criterios de paciente.
Si tiene síntomas, le recomendamos que se haga una prueba rápida en casa en lugar de venir a hacerse la prueba. Cada hogar en los estados unidos es elegible para solicitar pruebas gratuitas en el hogar del gobierno. Si no tiene un kit de prueba casero, tenemos un suministro limitado para regalar.
Si su prueba casera es positiva, llame al 804-783-2505 opción 2 para programar una televisita. Si su prueba casera es negativa, siga las pautas de aislamiento y cuarentena de VDH.
Si tu prueba casera sale negativa y necesitas una prueba PCR, acércate a que te atiendan. Las citas para el mismo día para la prueba de COVID-19 están disponibles por orden de llegada de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a. m. a 12:00 p. m. en 511 West Grace Street Richmond, VA 23220.
Para ahorrar tiempo, si es un paciente nuevo, complete la documentación de registro y llévela consigo.

Vacunas para COVID-19
Las vacunas COVID-19 están disponibles para cualquier persona mayor de 16 años que cumpla con nuestros criterios de pacientes. Llame al 804-783-2505 opción 2 para programar una cita de vacunación.
Reglas de seguridad
Como centro de atención médica, se requieren máscaras para cualquier persona mayor de 2 años que visite nuestras instalaciones.
