Case managers are available to connect you with the best available discounts for other services provided by Daily Planet Health Services, including oral health, behavioral health, psychiatry, and substance use disorder treatment.

Housing Opportunities for Persons Living with AIDS (HOPWA)
If you are living with HIV or AIDS and facing financial hardship, the HOPWA program can help you stay housed and healthy. Permanent Housing Placement (PHP) is a one-time assistance program aimed at serving individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families. This program targets individuals whose household income is at or below 80% AMI and is willing to live in the Metro Richmond Area.

Oportunidades de vivienda para personas que viven con SIDA (HOPWA)
Si vive con VIH o SIDA y enfrenta dificultades financieras, el programa HOPWA puede ayudarlo a mantener su vivienda y su salud. La Colocación de Vivienda Permanente (PHP) es un programa de asistencia único destinado a atender a personas que viven con VIH/SIDA y sus familias. Este programa está dirigido a personas cuyos ingresos familiares son iguales o inferiores al 80 % del AMI y que están dispuestos a vivir en el área metropolitana de Richmond.
