Many kinds of services are available for people living with HIV. There are some eligibility requirements. Please contact 804-783-2505 x1424 for more information.

Specific services for Ryan White patients include medical, mental health, substance use, psychosocial support, oral health, medical respite, and transitional housing services.

Medical Care

We provide comprehensive primary care for people living with HIV. We also provide management of antiviral medications and PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV treatment and prevention.

Oral Health

Oral Health Care services provide outpatient diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic services by dental health care professionals.

Mental Health

We offer comprehensive individual and group therapy services as well as psychiatry services.

Substance Use

We provide Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder, and peer support and counseling for other substance use disorders.

Psychosocial Support Groups

Explore the emotional challenges of living with HIV and build confidence to effectively manage the illness through the support of others. Groups are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 12-1pm at West Grace Health Center.

Medical Respite

Recuperative care services are available at our Medical Respite program for those who qualify.

Transitional Housing

Transitional housing available at our Safe Haven program for those who qualify.
